To tighten your abs do 100 situps when you wake up and 100 before you go to bed. This works vry well for me

Do sit ups until it hurts. Repeat after 5 minutes. Only do this every other day. The important thing is to be consistant over a long period of time.

the best way is to do a lot of sit ups. heres one my coach taught me,

lay onyour back with your hands under your tail bone (side by side)
now lift your legs up to about a 20degree angle, now spreadyou legs allthe way and bring them back together.

*NOTE* if youve never done thisbefore it will make you really sore. so keep your reps under 40 the first few times.
