im gettin mine done on friday my sista says it hurts more 2 bite ur tongue than it does 2 peirce not sure how 2 spell it but i did my nose myself!

The piercing itself doesn't hurt, it's the healing process. The swelling can get sore but hey, if that's what you want endure it right?

I dont think it hurt at all. The part that sucks is your tongue swells the next day and you cant eat. And it depends on how well your body heals for the swelling to go down. My tongue was swollen for like 2-3 days when I got mine done. My friend, on the other hand, her tongue was swollen for almost a month, no matter what she did. She almost took it out because it wouldnt go down. Thats was just because her body didnt heal very fast.

Mine didn't hurt I was more embarrassed about the drool, it is similar to biting ur tongue only it doesn't last as long as if u bit ur tongue!!!! Good luck and remember suck on lots of ice!!!!!

when i got mine done, it didn't hurt at all. just be sure to take some ice chips with you to suck on for a few hours afterwards and all the rest of the day. it'll help keep the swelling down and repeat the process over the next couple of days. good luck.

the actual piercing didn't hurt at all. i played with it all the way home. it was the flippin morning after and all the swelling. but if you really want it, it won't bother you that much. crush some ice... get an iccee. with all the heat, there's never been a better time!!

the actual piercing itself does not hurt. but your tongue will swell up making it uncomfortable to eat for a while.

Everyone is different..when i did mine it really didn't hurt..but my friend said it hurt like he**... afterwords---it is very uncomfortable...swelling...dry mouth...can't eat... i eventually took mine out when i broke half tooth off..very large dentist bill.. i did have it for 4 years though...
oh yea..it takes you awhile to talk correctly afterwords.....i liked mine while i had it..

my brother got his priced once he had ice on it for like a week his tough was like swollen and purple it look like allot of pain
