My male friend is still smiling at me alot. He did give me his cell number and said he wants to call him. He works alot, but I have called a couple times. We talked briefly, cause he was at work. I am not sure where I stand with him right now. Do U think he is to busy working all them hours and just cant find the time, or is it something else. Our friendship started a few months ago where he works, and I was always saying high and smiling at him. I did make a comment about his eyes being very beautiful, and it started from there.. So what can I do now, just wait or do U think this is going to go anywhere??? Plz Help!!

My boyfriend is 5'9 1/2 and 230 pounds and he needs to lose like 30 of it.. the problem is he really doesnt like healthy food.. the only things he likes is italian food and the only healthy things he really likes eating is tuna and eggs. Hes starting to run and everything its just hard.

So ANYWAYS.. my question you guys is do you know any foods or recipes you could segest or anything like that, that could help him?? It's been his dream to be in the army and if he doesnt lose the 30 pounds before this next summer hes going to be devistated! Please help!

I went on a class trip w/ a couple of ppl to yellowstone N.P. in the begginning of summer. One of these ppl is a girl that works w/ me at the pool. I decided to go see a movie w/ the ppl i went and of course invited her. Now theres a rumor going around at work that im dating w/ her. Both me and her r really shy(her especially) and i dont want to put her in a bad spot. Should i wait till this passes or do something about it.

I had this goal back in January to get down to 120lbs by September (at the time I was at 153lbs). I started out great - exercised 5-6 days per week (mostly cardio, some strength training), I kept my caloric intake to around 1400 - 1600 calories per day while still enjoying my food (I kept it well balanced, plenty of protein and fresh veggies, and tried to eat 5-6 small meals per day). I kept it up until about mid-May when I fell off the wagon and have struggled to get back on it again. I got down to 137lbs at my fittest but I'm back up to about 141lbs.

How do I get out of this rut and back to my exercise and diet plan again? I don't really know why I stopped or why I'm so reluctant to get back into it ... has this happened to anyone else?

First off, I want to apologize if this might seem to be a bit tedious.

Anyway, I was with this guy for a year, and we fought a lot, but we loved each other so much. After a year, I just realized that I'm not strong enough to be in this relationship. He went out with his friends a lot, and I would get jealous if there were girls there. I can't help it, I'm just a really jealous person. But anyway, I ended things because things were getting out of hand, and all the crying and the yelling was too much for me. But now, a few months later, I'm just plain confused. I still love him so much, and I want him back, but I don't want to go back to all that fighting and the jealousy. But I know that there will be no other guy out there that would love me as much as he did. What should I do?
