see i start school on thursday and well i need to get up at 6:00 am but i fall sleep around 3am during the summer and i need to get to sleep any ideas?

Dont expect to go to sleep at 9 if you are used to going to bed at 3 am. Try to go to bed around 11.30 or midnight , and set your alarm at 9 for tomorrow and wenesday. Have a glass of hot milk with honey or valerian and passion-flower tea before you go to bed. Try to relax, if you keep looking at your alarm clock, it will keep you awake. Do some deep breathing exercises, relax your muscles, read a book. Pray, I often fall asleep praying. Take a warm bath with lavander. Dont worry to much, the worst thing that can happen is that you get 3 hours of sleep for a couple of days, while you adjust, people in the middle east are going trough much harder times. Good night, and I hope you get plenty of rest!

take like two tablet of benedryl the allegie medicine and start reading physic books.... I swear u'll sleep like a baby

excercise ur self to death take a hot bath and lay down an ull fall asleep trust me it works i've tried it

Chamomile tea.

Don't watch TV or do any vigorous exercise, that'll keep you awake.

get tired physicaly before go to bed.
take some hot drink before go to bed.
do not eat before go to bed.
see doctor
