I have been suffering from the above for about a week now. Nothing seems to get rid of the taste which gets worse when i cough. Has anyone else had anything similar and what is it please.

Thursday 6pm-7pm Hatha Yoga
On the weekends, I will be working out at home or hiking if weather permits.
BTW, I'm 21 years old, female college student who is 5'2" and weighs 150lbs (obviously, I am trying to lose weight through changing my diet and exercising)

A 2 day getaway at a women's retreat with a massage therapist, all inclusive, meals provided, shopping close by with a pool, seperate rooms with TV/VCR to actually get through a movie without being interruppted or falling asleep. Why is that when you meet a guy at a club (as I do most weekends cos the club scene up here is wicked!), have a great time with them and then in the morning when they say 'I'll call you', they never do! i remember the story, but not the name, Nicole had yet her red curly long hair, she is left to die by her lover, she is left to be eaten by crocodiles, but some guy who lives in the swamp finds her, saves her and later she goes to the city to have plastic surgery and after getting different looks she goes to seduce her lover and get revenge by killing him, anyone remembers this?i would really like to know at least the name of the movie, i really want to find it, it must be an 80's movie done for tv. it's a story taking place in several years, while she heals and how she becomes different, and the revenge many years after.

- I know we are supposed to drink 2 - 3 litres of water a day but waht about drinking only green tea?
