My weight has been an issue for a while, and I have no childern. I found out that I was going through depression becasue of my weight so I spoke to my doctor who put me on Zoloft 50mg, within 2 months I dropped 45 pounds. I was eating better I quit drinking soda and started drinking more water, going for walks, bike rides and just started to love myself more. No overthecounter diet will help I have tried, you just need to tell yourself that this weight has to go and just get out there and do it. I know you can do it just think of the great outcome.

Take care and I hope all works out.

Weight can be a issue, but not for all women. My aunt weighs over 300 lbs & has 5 children....she is a baby making machine. Your best bet is probably watch what you eat & exercise. If that doesn't work, go see a doctor.
