Well green tea IS good for you, but the key to a healthy lifestyle is balance. Don't eat or drink too much of anything, everything should be consumed in moderation. Believe it or not, too much water is not good for you either, I've read many horror stories of people drinking themselves to death. It's really sad. Good luck, I hope this helps.=)

Everything, including green tea and water, should be taken in moderation. Experts say that green tea is very beneficial to you although they recommend only 2-3 cups a day. Water is also very good for your body, but only about 8 glasses a day. New research has found that too much water is actually BAD for you. So, if I were you I would do just that, drink a few cups of tea, as well as your regular 8 glasses of water a day and you should be in great shape! Good Luck!

Well it depends on what kinda of green tea ur drinking. If its that arazoina green tea then thats not good for u to drink all the time. but green tea u make over the stove and then let cool then thats good for u. I just depends if its from the store and if theres any bad things in it for u. But if ur just drinking the green tea in the little packets then that should be okay.

Green tea is good for you, and delicious :) However, not sure you should let it entirley take over your water consumption as water can help with your metabolism and clensing of the system. So have at least one glass a day, and as much green tea as you want. Have a good day

The suggestion I got from a nutritionist was that if I wanted to continue drinking tea/coffee, I should drink 8 oz of water for every 8 oz of tea/coffee I drink. That way, I balance it out so I don't get dehydrated.

I don't' think completely replacing water with tea is a good idea.

Drink water - green tea (even decaf) has some caffeine in it and is a diuretic. Have more water and a cup or two of tea.

Yes you can.
Just make sure that there is no sugar in your tea.
Sugar -- dehydrates
I once gone for several weeks( during final exams) on nothing but green tea, the brand was Tejava -- unsweetened.
