I use bounce fabric sheets. As for the spray? it has a nasty odor to it and there has been a few issues with that catching things on fire... guess you wouldn't have to worry about that article of clothing any more lol.... I have even used bounce on my hair in the winter time when you get that fly away hair. There are cheaper brands but snuggle and bounce work the best for me.

A dryer sheet will help...other than that...well there is static spray in an aerosol can. Good luck.

Use a good fabric softener. Or you can buy static guard that you just spray on.

Put a small amount of lotion on your hands and rub together....run your hands up the inside of the garment, and voila! No static! Good luck!

If it is an item you have already washed without fabric softener try lightly spraying the lining of the skirt, etc with hairspray - works every time.
My wifes suggestion (and she knows everything)
