I don't completely follow the question.

If you are asking if lesbians can become men -- then, there is surgery for female to male transsexuals -- but most lesbians are not transsexuals.

if you asking if gay males can be masculine -- then, yes, many are. There are feminine gays, which you are more likely to notice, but there are also gay men that you would never realize were gay unless they told you.

if you are asking if gay men can become straight -- then, no -- that's a myth on the extreme Right and I would recommend to you Wayne Besen's book "Anything But Straight: Unmasking the Scandals and Lies Behind the Ex-Gay Movement." from Harrington Park Press. Gay men can PRETEND to be straight, they can even get married and live unhappy lives -- but they can never become straight, anymore than a straight man can become gay. Bisexual men, on the other hand can choose either.

I can understand a lot of things. In fact, i can believe at least 6 impossible things before breakfast. But I don't know about this question. Gay men are men. There is nothing that isn't manly about them, even if they are much more in tune with their feminine side. Parts is parts, my friend, and they've got all the pertinent male bits. And, let's not mention the fact that gay men, while bieng human too, tend (in my experience) to be much more loyal, understanding and honest than straight men.

In general no , a gay is gay and a str8 is a str8. But I'm sure there are a few exceptions to every rule , It may be from a traumatic experience , so keep an open mind.

Are you talking about the physical or the mental state? If you're talking about the former, they're not even altered at all, unless you're talking about transsexuals. Otherwise, it rendered this question redundant. I'm not too sure about the gay state-of-mind too.
