every since i was young, i had vry wak lungs and was admitted before due to respiratory problems (around 3 years old). my mistake was as i was growing up i did not take any initiative to build my stamina and strengthen my lungs. now, (im 17) i realize its important to do so. i started jogging only last week, and my stamina was REALLY BAD. my question is...

1. any easier way and less time consuming way to build stamina?
2. will cycling help build stamina and leg muscles effectively?

english is not my mother langage so plz forgive me:
Three friends(Tom, Jane, Andie) go out to a restaurant to have dinner.After they eat, the waiter tells them they have to pay 300$. Each gives 100$. After 2 minutes waiter comes back and tells them he made a mistake and returns 50$. So they decide to keep 30$ (10$ each) and give the waiter a tip of 20$.

So : Tom payed 100$ - 10$ = 90$
Jane payed 100$ - 10$ = 90$
Andie payed 100$ - 10$ = 90$

My husband and I are having a debate about if he really is that weight or is he wearing a fat suit..... I think hes wearing some some of fat suit under the clothes but my husband reckons hes not. I received an email in which a person form Nigeria ask me that he wants to do investment in my country (India) and he offer me to be his partner and he will send money in my account for investment is real estate. I agreed on his offer. Than in next email he asks about my bank account number. I provide him my bank account. In his next email he ask me that due to some legal complications he could not send money directly in India because the amount is huge (10 million USD) and to receive the money I have to come England.

I want to ask is it a fraud or he is a genuine person? Any experience?
