Was Juno a ghost, or a vision......or what? Sorry if I've ruined the movie for anyone, I just NEED to know. Thanks :)

Juno had a vision with her daughter,and while she had that vision, she was not careful about those little humanoid monsters,so we can suppose they ate her. I think her daughter died in that car accident in the beggining of the movie

That was not Juno's kid that died. Sarah's husband and Juno had affairs before he was killed but that was Sarah's daughter. Sarah hurt Juno for two reasons, one - because she wanted to make Juno pay for having an affair with her husband, and two - because the noise Juno would make while in pain would distract the creatures from the noise Sarah was making trying to escape.
