rise of nations the game is not working?

after itr downloads an error page comes up and sayes that the game is not instaled correctly

if its a copy try the crack code, and if it is original pls check the configuration of the computer with the requirements mentioned on the box and reload it. also see if there is enough space for it to start remove temp files and other unwanted matter from the drive on which it is stored

perhaps there's something wrong with the CD. get another copy...by the way, the game is great!
