No she hasn't, but plans are in place for the funerals of ex Prime Ministers. Tony Blair is envious that Thatcher is still remembered by some poeple with respect and affection and appreciation, whereas he will be remembered for being a snivveling cowardly criminal, so he is refusing to allow her funeral, (whenever that is) to be a state funeral. Winston Churchill had a full state funeral, but no other Prime Minister since has been considered worthy of such status. Thatcher, being the first and only female British Prime Minister, a three times election winner and a Prime Minister who has had such a massive impact on the UK, has been considered by some to be an exception.

She didn't die when the question was posted. Sadly, Margaret Thatcher, born on October 13, 1925, passed away on April 8, 2013 at the age of 87.

She is very much alive and kicking. Recently, she was photographed having a chat with Gorbachev (Last president of USSR) in London.

Nope. She's far from dead. Hell she was on the Colbert Report not too long ago.
It's probably all about ante-mortem planning or something.

No I do not think so.If and when she is , the entire world media would be awash with the news of her demise.
