I am currently operating as a sole prop. I want to file a ficiticious name statement to use my business name. However, everthing that I am seeing in the state of TN is to register a name for a corporation.... Any help would be appreciated.

I have to make a business trip to Korea, and am concerned that my hosts might offer me dog for dinner. I would'nt want to offend them by turning this down (and wreck the business deal in the process). If I have to snack-in, are certain dog breeds better or worse than others in this respect?

I am six months pregnant and I am looking for a new job. I got a call from a job that I have wanted to work at for a while. I don't know If I should address the pregnancy up fron or if I should even GO to the interview. It pays better than my job now and my family could really use the extra money. My husband puts sex on a high pedistool, and it isn't really that big of deal to me.
