There's still enough light for you to see your reflection. As long as your night vision goggles work, you should be able to see your reflection. The only cricumstance under which you won't is in absolute darkness.

You will still see yourself in a mirror with night vision goggles on.
Visible light isn't all that a mirror reflects - the light that your goggles use will also reflect.
You'll just see a green reflection :-P

You will see a reflection, even in the dark, there is still some light. Theoretically, in complete darkness, night-vision goggles will not work, only heat sensing goggles would.

NVG work by amplifying light. It does not work in total darkness. So if there is a low light condition, the mirror will reflect it, though there may be some loss due to scattering.

It will depend on the type of goggles you have. Your body puts off heat (infrared). Heat is a portion of light. You can see the heat/cool from your body and that will give a good representation of yourself.

Great question :)
I would assume that enough light would be there for you to see yourself, albeit a bit more faintly than usual.
