Learn everything I could from the God before me. No point being God if you can't learn from the person you are taking over for. I would want to know how everything was created and all the aspects of my position.

The first thing I would do is go make another universe somewhere else and see if things there go any better than they are here.
If they do, the second thing I will do is destroy both universes and reincarnate everybody into a third one based on the second one so that nobody misses out on the new and better way of life just because of where/when they were born.

I'd show up to my subjects more often. The Bible clearly shows that when an appearance is made, the next generation forgets it. So how does showing up every few thousand years stack up? It sounds like an absent father, not a loving one.

I'll put in my two week notice at work. I will fer shure not keep working! I know they say you'll get bored after a while, but I think I could find something to keep me busy!

Make it so no one would ever be sick. Everyone would have a certain amount of time to live, then you die in your sleep.
