We've spayed the places he goes with that anti cat stuff, locked him in a room and rubbed his face in it. We put him in the bathroom for a day and he started using his box again for 3 days. we left on a 3 day trip and came home to find poop on the floor.

No offence to anyone, but I've noticed a pattern here.
When I go to Walmart, I'm almost ran over by someone on the riding carts. These people sometimes have no manners at all.
The majority of them are overly obese. I know these are for the disabled, but seems that I see less and less thin people driving these.
Any clue?

i have seen some nice art in places where it looks good... i saw one 'Piece' in a derolict building... it was a shame they knocked it down, it would have looked good built into the club that is there now!
Some is not so nice on peoples homes, this is wrong!

The car title and loan are in my name. I have tried numerous times to convince him to let me sell the car or get it repossessed, but he will not comply. At one point he said that he had fixed his credit and was ready to put the car in his name and he needed a bill of sale signed.
I sign one, than he never put the car in his name.
I want to take him to court and sue him for the car and see if the judge won’t make him responsible for what I am going to owe the bank that gave me the loan.
I never even drove this car once, I didn’t even have a license when it was bought.
He PROMICED me that it would not be in my name for more then a few weeks. Now I am going to be sued for the cost of the car, legal fees, and lots of other fees involved with the credit union suing me. Is there anything I can do? I have no money for legal costs. I am merely a student at a community college, with hardly enough money to survive!
