If they are stored at Yahoo, then no problem....if you downloaded them to your computer, then you have to burn a cd, or store them in another way, so you can put them on the new computer.
Good luck!

You could try to find a USB cable that is the same on both ends - Best Buy has them but they're $35. Still that's the simplest way since you can then just drag and drop from one computer to the other.
Alternately, get a USB drive like some people have suggested. Radio Shack has a 1GB for $25. I would't bother with burning a bunch of CDs or emailing them to yourself. Depending on how much music you have (and whether you have a router so both computers can be online at the same time) that could take a really long time.

There are several ways to do it - it depends on what you have available on your current system:
1. Burn them to a CD-ROM (if the older computer has a CD burner)
2. Copy them to a USB flash memory device (something with 512M - 1GB memory or more)
3. Network the old and new computers together (assuming they are both running similar operating systems ... for example they both have windows or mac) and transfer the files
Those are the best ways I can think of getting the music files from your old computer to the new one.
Good luck!

I'm jealous. I want one. But, I can tell you how. All you have to do is transfer your music files to a zip folder so that they can be syncronized. That means that the audio will be reduced to a bit size so that they will not be lost because of their use of the space on your hard drive. And if your playists are losing your music files, then just go to your zip folder and open it, and then transfer your saved files to the playist again.

You can buy a thumb drive and plug it into your usb. Use the thumb drive to transfer music onto it and then copy the information onto your new computer. Simple...and thumb drives only run about $50.

If you have a ton, then I'd say to just take the hard drive from the old computer and put it in the new one as a "d:" drive.

Best to burn them all onto a cd if you have them on your hard disk, just in case you cant get them off the net.
