Lately I have been taking multi- vitamins, iron, zinc, vitamin A, calcium and amino acids. I'am 17 years old, is it bad to take 6 tablets a day?.. will it affect my growth or are these vitamins okay for me to take?

It is a 1992 Jeep cherokee laredo 4X4. the clunking appears to be coming from the bell housing but im not positive. It clunks when i start it and clunks when i turn it off and after it is warmed a for a little while the noise is constant but not as loud.

My boyfriend and i are both in the military different branches. I am active duty and he is reservist also. We don't see each other that much and i am going to iraq on wednesday August 9th 2006. I think he is scared but he will never really tellme how he feels. When i am home we spend everyday together. I just don't understand why he says he is going to ask but then never does. One of my reports received his performance review and he did not take it well. He did not disagree with it , he signed the document and he immediately threw a fit since he is not going to get a raise. He got so upset he was sent home by the company doctor due to his blood pressure. I am not sure my immediate boss will support me. I know this guy met with my boss and my boss has not mentioned anything about it to me . Despite the fact that he deserved his score I can't help feeling uncomfortable and believe he is going to make a huge fuss about this. How do you deal with your own feelings in situations such as these?
