been there done that. The thing is that hate is not the opposite of in love. Indifference is. you are probably bored and a little lonely. I would go out and find something or somebody to keep you busy for a while. After a while it will get easier. I did this little trick maybe it will help you. Every time that I got that urge to call I started a list of all the shitty things that he did to me and after a few I got so angry that the only urge I had was to scream.

Hi I have been through the same thing and it really sucks. I loved this guy and still do but he cant commit. We broke up and I moved out of the house back in Feb but was still seeing him and sleeping with him. I knew it was not good but I couldnt let go. We had another agument and I was the one who said he would never touch me again (he is a player). Even after nearly four weeks of no contact I soooo miss him but I want to break the cycle. I am getting counciling and I ring a friend if I get the urge to contact him. He has not treated me well (been with him for 2yrs) and we split up and got back together too many times to count. Both of us would re-connect and it is damn hard. I havent let go yet and still dont want to. I say try and break the cycle as it willcontinue otherwise. Have a little break from eachother. I know thats hard as I am afraid he will find someone else but you have to be healthy and think of being happy in yourself and not always give give give.
I am also getting involved with the interests I loved and stopped when I met him.
Still miss him something aweful.
Be strong and break the cycle.

because you have all self respect for yuorself much less your selfesteem
in your mind you think that there is no one outthere for you
when the opposite is true
it's very much a panic syndrome that sets in
because you have broken up for the "50th" time, you are looking for 51 because you like it, you're like th drama queen who complains about the strife ( she ) created in her life yet does absolutely nothing about it
so until you grow a pair
pull yourself up by the bootstraps an buck up and explore what out there
you be in your self made dilema for as long as you can tolerate it, and judgeing bt the way you act. that can be a very long time

habit....loss of a relationship leaves a big hole. if you break up this often, it's probably going nowhere. try to find another way to fill that emptiness. good luck
