Does anyone know what this means, i have a friend who is an inmate in jail and i called the number to see when he has his next appeal, and it said that he doesnt have one. But it also said that there is no clock on his case. For the processing filing.. Does anyone have any idea what this might mean

We need young fresh blood in the White House that belongs to no current political party. MAYBE, I'll run for President and have any female on Yahoo Answers as the VP. I'd soon clean up this country, people will think I'm Mr. Clean.
