I think a cute skirt with a white top buttoned down so that some cleavage can show. Stockings are good...but only up to the knee. Some classic heals would compliment the outfit well....although not too pointy.

Seriously, though, it depends on the guy. Some guys like seeing a lot of skin, some like to see a more preppy, intellectual side, some go for athletic fellas. Just dress in whatever looks good on you. Given that your name is Joe, and you appear to hang out on the GLBT forums, I'm not sure I'd go with anything too girly. If you're post-op, I suppose, but if you're still a dude, maybe go with more of the jeans-and-mascara mix.
More important is to use your eyes, your voice, your mannerisms to get his interest. You can wait for him to notice you, or you can take matters in your own hands and talk to him. Most of the guys I know like that; it shows that you're outgoing and that you're interested in him. It also saves him the trouble of coming up with some lame pickup line.

A smile. It looks GREAT on any girl- & goes perfectly with any outfit. Not only THAT, but the girl's outfit is more likely to be remembered as attractive- if a smiling girl is wearing it! So the old adage still holds true; you're never fully dressed without a smile! :)

The best outfit : The eyes, talk with your eyes. The mouth : smile. And most of all wear a cloak of mystery. Then anything you wear will complement the real you. Don't use flesh, you attract the wrong guys at least the wrong intentions, unless you want it of course.

Depends on what guy who's attention you are after likes. If he likes cake, wear an apron over anything and carry a slice of cake. Try to get an idea of what he likes. No sense struggling to get stockings on if he likes bare legs

find out what the guy you want to notice you's fav color is then find a 3 finger strap t shirt that you think is really cute then put on a denim skirt with some boot that are not bulky

A lovely, flowing skirt (about knee length) is always cute. It has a soft gentle movement and is somewhat revealing. Very nice.
Don't be too girlie though. Be a good mix between tom-boy and hot-babe.

hmm , none lol , seriously , i get crazy over micro skirts ( or whatever they are called ) , and one of thoose shirts that show the stomach and are tied up in one of thoose knots , high heels ( if matches outfit , and try one of thoose long earings if it can go with your hair style

most guys eyes always travel south of the woman has good sized breasts on her, so maybe a "V" neck short or a buttoned blouse with the top few buttons left undone. that always works for me. sometimes, a guy will notice your eyes, your butt, your legs, how you happen to look in your jeans, your hair, etc. there are many types of things that guys look for to be attracted to someone so it would mostly depend on the type of guy you are trying to snag.
