well, i dont know how old you are, but Im in my 30's and i am sort of going in the same direction here, but what he does is not call me for like 3 or 4 days at a time and then call and apologize then wants to make plans. Well, this time I got smartER and decided that he wont even reach me when he calls. Makes it nice that now Im unreachable and keeps him guessing! He tries all the time to reach me and he always gets my voice mail. Forget it, Im better than that.

Next time that he askes you out tell him that you don't know b/c he has hurt you really bad in the past and you don't know if you can go through that again. If he still hangs out w/ you and acts like he wants you back then he really does want you back and is not looking for just anyone to date. If he does not seem to care about your answer forget him!

Find some way of getting back with him and then break up with him so he can know how it feels
