I am 5'1'' and about 220, just had a baby in April. What is the safest and fastest way to lose weight. I mean what should i eat or not eat and what kinda exercise, most of my weight is my upper body. Please help

My husband and I plan to conceive our first child in 9 months.

I feel ready and I can't wait.

But, my stomach gets butterflies when I think about actually getting pregnant.

I get nervous thinking about it, but I am not changing my mind about starting a family since we are really excited about it.

We are emotionally and financially stable, so I am not worried about that.

Is it normal to feel this way?

Hi! Anybody know the name/address of CUPCAKE shop. I guess its on Montana Ave, Santa Monica or somewhere in LA area. The shop is small but makes very yummy-cute cupcakes. Many celebs get them too. (gettin more famous recently...) Anybody know!?

how come some stop lights...ok, when i drive, most r ok, but some u have to be close to them, almost underneath them to see weather they're red or green. how come? it makes it harder when i drive because i can't see weather it's green or red and i have to slow down to check.

like a person who communicates with god and asks all the injured or disabled people to step up
once they get touched by that person, their injuries would heal and the crippled and walk again and such...
are these real?
when that person touches their forehead they seem to fall down...are they unconcious when it happens?
