Regardless of your faith it is up to you to create as many miracles as you want and need. I already created two, my daughters. You decide what is a miracle so you can only judge what a miracle is to you.

POOF ....... suddenly everyone on Earth is living a middle-class life (I mean USA standard middle-class), with a chicken in every pot, clean running water, a car in every garage, a roof over everyone's head, clothes on everyone's back, and structured freedom in the streets. Everyone has enough to live a comfortable (not super wealthy) life, so no need for greed or wars, and every country is recognized, so that means peace in the Middle East.

Seeing how this is a hypothetical situation...
I'd use it to usurp both god and satan's throne. Then in a moment of pure omnipotence, do away with both seats of power, giving it to humanity...requiring it to finally take responsibility for itself.

Nothing. There is nothing wrong with the world, just with people, and they have to change themselves to become attuned to the universe. We bend to it's will, not the other way around. But I wouldn't change people, because that's not up to me.
