I can't believe it. She and I have not been getting along. She leaves me at home alone for hours and I get scared. She finally told me if I don't like her lifestyle to get the f**k out! She didn't even give me any money, or food and I have nowhere to go. I am 31, and I am tired and hungry, and cold. I am at a motel w/ my laptop. What is more valuable in learninig terms assume that the class would be non-credited and you'd only be auditing it so you wouldn't be getting a diploma or and thing out of it beyond learning something.

Spending 2 hours in class with prof. or 2 hours at home reading the book. ????

Bgrd: Female, 51yo, Chinese ancestry, married wth 2 children, not smoking/drinking.No history of betel nut intake.PS=0
History: tounge ulcer for~1 mth, went to see H&N surgeon in late Mar06
Diagnosis & treatment:H&N surgeon resected her ulcer & during surgery did excisional biopsy.Pathology returned with well-differentiated SCC.H&N surgeon performed more surgery to create clear margin.Pathology reported clear margins.Post-op MRI (3 d post) of H&N indicated no regional metastasis.No further treatment.
Mid Jun06 patient returned to surgeon with enlarged sub-mental LN. Surgeon performed FNAC.Pathology reported metastatic SCC. Surgeon ordered full-body PET Scan which revealed metabolic activities on her sub-mental LN, R lev 2 cervical LN & ambiguous activity on her L lev 2 LN.Patient seeks medical oncologist opinion & started 2 cycles of taxol/cisplatin/FU.Tumor responds within 1st cycle.No serious side-effects.
Q:should she undergo surgery again?Is her metastasis of iatrogenic origin?

actually, I guess now you could call it today because it is after midnight e.t. But someone from a yahoo chat room knows this address, and they said they were going to come here today and beat my @$$, and I know they are going to do it because they are usually always in that chat room and I recently noticed they were not in there for awhile, then yesterday (8/6) one of their friends was in the chat room and they had the person on the phone on the mic, and she said she was going to come here tomorrow. And she really sounded serious. I am currently living with my mother and her friend in the top floor of a rowhouse, and if this person comes here my mother and her friend are going to be pissed at me. And when her friend gets mad she yells at me and threatens to put me out of here. This could be the last straw. To tell you the truth I would rather handle this myself and leave everyone else out of it. So what if the person comes here? What should I do? I am scared.
