I mean surgery to remove the remaining cervical LN's. The oncologist suggests that she should undergo surgery (radical or modified neck dissection) to remove the LN's as the most definitive way to control the disease. Chemo-radiotherapy will then commence 4-6 weeks after surgery. Any comments?

Surgery of what? If SCC is had already metastasize, chances tongue SCC is just the secondary site. Surgery is not advisable for this kind of cancer that is why the patient was advised to undergo the Chemotherapy. We can not claim it is iatrogenic (on what grounds) since Cancer is idiopathic (there are no proofs of where it really came from of what is the root cause).Hope this helps. God bless!

A good deliberate and properly maintained puppy park might be an asset to any vicinity. We had a an identical drawback wherein I reside...for years the city used to be kind of NOT puppy pleasant. The puppy house owners united and got here up with a first-rate suggestion. They positioned a beautiful puppy park in an with ease out there subject...simply at the border of a few industrial estate and no longer too encroaching on residential estate. (Step one..uncover an subject that's inoffensive to detractors). Second, they obtained a few proposals of layout and fee via performing some homework on-line and via getting a few nearby architecht/puppy house owners to enter. Third, they awarded the city board with a well plan that incorporated a volunteer staff who might maintain the subject as much as code and implement the park/town laws. They additionally made certain that this staff might be lively in making certain that house owners who used this park might be certified (earning profits for the city and insuring up-to-date rabies photographs). Even steered (with overwhelming approval) that they cost a annually club rate. The house owners themselves provided to do fund elevating so as to add facilities to the park like doggie water fountains, hooked up disposal items and luggage, and a most important pavilion tent with benches. This used to be a first-rate plan...and I in my opinion see no concern making use of a few public finances to adorn an subject and make it usable. I suppose I could have a concern if the taxes had been to be raised certainly for the intent of a puppy park. But so much municipalities have beautification budgets.
