I have a coworker who has a tongue piercing in a professional workplace. It's a disguising color but you'll still know that it's there.

Would his piercing be a hinderance if he plans on going up the ladder?

Did any of you see Travis Pastranas' double back flip in the X Games Freestyle MotoX last night? Some are calling the greatest sports moment in history. It is one of the best I've ever seen...the crowd was literally holding its breath when he was in the air.
