Yes, Nissans are generally very reliable. But the reliability of a car depends on how well the owner looks after it. If you are looking to buy a used car, insist on taking it for a test drive. Listen for any roughness from the engine and also check that the car does not produce excessive smoke from the exhaust.

Yes, we just got one Nissan Sentra SE 2006 and its lovely! The inside looks beautiful, the outside not very nice like a Altima 2006 but its also nice. Runs great and no noise :)

I've owned 2 sentras, the first one I put about 250,000 miles on it in 10 years or so, the other one I couldnt afford to keep because it was brand new, but it ran great the entire time i had it.

Yes, Nissan cars are superior and the only problem with them is that their replacement parts are higher in cost compared to other makes.

Carburetor-equipped ones can be a problem. I had two. Understand that I did NOT buy them. I married them. Dam carbs kept acting up. Left me stranded a lot of times. Never could figure them out. Just kept rebuilding them or swapping them out for rebuilt carbs. Those are the old ones, though. Newer ones are fuel-injected and much more reliable.

Ususally Nissans are great cars, but it depends on the condition of the particular vehicle.
