If you want to send an email to 30 or 40 people, put all of them into a group or list - your email will have that capability, but every email does it a little differently, and some emails call them lists (Yahoo does), others call them groups (e.g. Hotmail). Then when you want to send an email to the group or list, just address it to the name of the list or group instead of to individual email addresses. If you send it as a blind carbon copy, then nobody will be able to see all the email addresses - this protects privacy if that's an issue.
