I disputed things on my credit and I am not sure if the credit place took the right steps.

They got back to me on the 43rd day. They also did not send me an updated credit report (which I thought I was suppose to get)
There is still an item on my report which is a duplicate of something else that is on there, what should I do about that?

I dont know what actions to take, I tried calling them and I was on hold for 1hour and then some cranky woman answered the phone who didnt want to hear anything I had to say


Please help me with this

I'm a very open person and enjoy watching xxx videos once in a while by myself as well as with my boyfrient. I don't own any of this material and don't get it off the internet so i usually rent. I know my boyfriend downloads it from the net and looks at the stuff when i'm not home. Despite my knowing this and being ok with it, why does he have the need to try and hide it from me when i know he does it anyway? Am i justified in being just a bit upset about it?

Last time I moved I found a website where i can put in my new address and click on a bunch of catalogs that i normally received and have them automatically notified of my new address. I know that I also clicked on boxes for certain credit cards of retailers. I meet this girl on myspace. We went on a lunch date and it lasted for 10 hours. We sat in the restaurant talking the whole time. The conversation was great and she is BEAUTIFUL. There is nothing I don’t like about her. I was with my last partner for 4 years and I have not done much dating since. So I feel out of touch. The next day I called her and we talked for two hours. She said she would call me the next day but never called. This went on for two days. We passed notes on myspace tho. Last night we went to the club we danced together a lot and we were close. We did not kiss. I want her to know that I like her. She said that she is overly analytical and I can be that way also. We both agreed that we come on soft until we know for sure the other person likes us. Should I take action and just tell her that I like her or should I just let things continue.

Well, my girlfriend and i have been having some problems recently, and things went from bad to horrible. I talked with her best friend to see if there was anything that i could do, but it ended up making things horrible because she did not appreciate me telling her friend certain things. Well, today she told me how upset she was that i was talking to her friend, so i called her friend telling her that i could not talk with her anymore because it was causing harm to my relationship, and i felt it was best for her not to call me and me not to call her. My girlfriend then called me extremely pissed off, telling me that i had no f***ing right to do that and that her friend would not even talk to her because she was upset at what i did. Well, it gets worse from here: she also asked me not to call her friend before i did it, but i stupidly did anyway. I was playing in a large three-handed game of Texas Hold 'Em. There were about $6 million in total chips. I was in the chip lead with about $3.5 million. The player to my left was second with about $2 million. On my deal I was dealt pocket aces. I just called the $5,000 big blind hoping to induce a raise. No raise was made. The flop came QS,6D,2D. I bet $10,000 and was raised $25,000 more. I re-raised $50,000 more and was re-raised $250,000 more. I went all-in. The player looked distraught. I knew he could've had any two cards because he was the big blind. After a couple minutes of thinking before acting, he showed me his cards; 6,2. I was petrified. I knew I was beat. He figured I had a queen at least, but most likely Q6 or Q2. After a few more minutes, he folded. I couldn't believe how lucky I got. If you were that player, how would you have played your two pair? I am a visitor in the UK on a 6month toursit visa which is soon expiring. I recently had an accident and broke my hip bone. I was cosequenlty admited and treated at an NHS hospital after a 999 call. After the treatment I was told I had to pay the bill since I wasnt covered under NHS. I totally understand this but under my current circumstances (recent graduate and still unemployed) I am totally anable to afford it. I was told if i didnt pay, i would be reported to the Home office and I would be black listed and never allowed entry into the UK ever again.

I offered to pay the money in monthly installments that i could afford until its all covered but my offer was turned down since it was "too low".

I am certainly willing to pay but that was the only way I could afford it. So the only option for me is that i will be reported to home office and blacklisted....which i dont think is fair since i agreed to pay and am still hoping to come back to the UK. What would you suggest?
