im 17 and this girl is a yr older. i don't know if i should kiss her on the cheek...lips or actually hook up?

well it all depends on if she likes you and if you like her start by giving her a kiss on the cheek then over a lil time a kiss on the lils and work your way up over time

start slow dont kiss her at all unless you get to know her a little and you get the vibe that shes into you to. If this happens move in slow and aim for her lips shell let you know if the feelings mutual. DONT ASK HER if you can kiss her this will put out fire of the first kiss in my option.

from what ive learnt, a kiss on the cheek means that you care for her, a kiss on the neck means that you want to be intimate with her, and on the lips means that you love her, so wich do you feel?
i'd kiss her on the lips ( well him on the lips) so do what you want
