Last time I moved I found a website where i can put in my new address and click on a bunch of catalogs that i normally received and have them automatically notified of my new address. I know that I also clicked on boxes for certain credit cards of retailers. I am hoping someone knows where i might be able to find a link like this so i can bookmark it and save it for next time i move! THANKS!

Your only reliable choice is usps.com, to make the change online they do charge a nominal fee of $1 per change. You are given the option of changing for a single person or the entire household, providing everyone falls under the same last name. During the change process, at the end, it allows you to redirect certain catalogs or subscribe to them at no cost if you don't already receive them.

Keep in mind only certain classes of mail will be forwarded so you still need to call all those bill and magazine companies and update your address directly.
