When you apply at a college they usually set up your classes for you. They know all that will be needed and they leave room for extra classes you may want.
Here is a fashion design course sequence
Fashion Design Undergraduate Course Sequence
All students entering fashion design must first complete the First Year Program requirements:
12 credit hours in Studio
6 credit hours in Fashion Studio electives
6 credit hours in Art History
6 credit hours in English

Hey cool im 11 and i want to design clothes so i just looked up in the phone book sewing and desighn classes and i just finished a shirt and i love it so good luck

Well, if you're enrolled in a University, community college, trade school, or even in high school, i think you should consult with your councelor first because they should have the info about what classes you need to take:).
