Don't go breaking any laws.
My own son stole my inheritance from my mother, $25K.
There's not much I can do about it unless I want to report it to the police, but they don't just believe it because you say so, so you have to get a lawyer to sue him for it and I don't have any money to do that.
It will just bother me for the rest of my life that he did such a horrible thing, I don't expect I'll ever get it back.

Uhh. . . calling the cops or smashing in windows, getting in a physical altercation, getting hurt/hurting someone else, going to jail/ sued for destruction of property. I would go with calling the police and working it out from there. If she realized it was yours before she spent the money should have been returned. You may have some legal way of getting your money returned.

lol - so that would be why you're not friends anymore.

Don't smash her windows in - let the air out of all her tires. That's irritating as hell but just makes you look childish instead of insane.

Well, I know what you *don't* do - you don't go smashing windows or otherwise destroying property or she'll be calling the police on YOU.

write out a contract saying what she owes you, have her sign it.If she doesn't pay by a certain time take her to court. If she won't sign pay someone to do your dirty work for you.make sure you are in a public place when it is done so you will have an allaby and you won't go to jail.
