Do any of you have suggestions on proper cleansing of Contact Lenses/Containers to keep my eyes from turning red and looking as if I have pink eye? Maybe my solution is bad?

As a woman, I find it difficult to understand rage and violence against women. This is someone who has been in my life since I was a small child. I had been abused at one point in my life and I found peace and the confidence to work at helping others. Quite frequently, men who are abusive have been abused themselves, in one way or another, at some vital, developmental stage in their lives. We became involved and lived together. Now that our relationship is over, I want to see him healthier and stronger. I try to talk to him about the things that make him angry and violent and he is very resistant. He creates little scenarios to make himself appear to be the victim and has supporters in his life, encouraging his behavior. I am afraid he's going to end up in a very bad way. He is obssessive, excessive, and abusive to himself (drugs and alcohol) also. Any suggestions?

The reason I believe is empirical. If the moon can pull the tides around, even water in a glass, lunar (crazy = lunatic). I worked in a psych ward and on a full moon night the crazy people were crazier.
Also if the little moon can do that, why wouldn't Jupiter, Mars, and Venus lined up pull the chemicals around in our heads. We are 80% H2O. Now I have nothing against being a vegan, but why is it that every time I talk to one I need to hear why I should be one? I don't try to explain to them why they should eat meat....or why I do - I don't judge anyone for their beliefs - to each his own - so why is it shoved down my throat? I tried the soaking w/ the epson salt....it works but then it goes right back to the way it was....and I just ran out of medication so..... oh and for those of you who don't know what an ingrown toenail is....it's when your toenail grows into the skin and cause an infection and it smells bad and puss comes out help!!!
