Definitely taller, I'm 5'4, I prefer thicker guys, I dated a couple short guys, there is nothing particularly sexy about a guy who is an inch taller than you. And the fact that when you're playing around together, I like a guy who can pick me up without a problem. Not too mention, the security issues, you know when your with a bigger guy, your safe.

Tall & built...but more importantly is a good personality. Because with out that looks are useless!

I am 5'2" and I prefer tall guys. I prefer a normal build - not too thick, not too skinny.

Doesn't matter really...Depends on the whole package... I'd say personality and compatibility are most important .
