An Irishman, a Mexican and a Redneck were doing construction work on the scaffolding of a tall building. They were eating lunch.

The Irishman said, "Corned beef and cabbage! If I get corned beef and cabbage one more time for lunch, I'm going to jump off this building."

The Mexican opened his lunch box and exclaimed, "Burritos again! If I get burritos one more time, I'm going to jump off too."

The redneck opened his lunch and said, "Bologna again. If I get a bologna sandwich one more time, I'm jumping too."

Next day the Irishman opens his lunch box, sees corned beef and cabbage and jumps to his death. The Mexican opens his lunch, sees a burrito and jumps too.


The redneck opens his lunch, sees the bologna and jumps to his death as well.

At the funeral, the Irishman's wife is weeping. She says, "I I'd known how really tired he was of corned beef and cabbage, I never would have given it to him again!" The Mexican's wife also weeps and says, "I could have given him tacos or enchiladas! I didn't realize he hated burritos so much."

Everyone turned and stared at the redneck's wife. "Hey, don't look at me," she said. "He makes his own lunch."

My boss asks me to come over for dinner sometimes, but even as a kid, my direct family never really sat at a table and ate together. I went one time, dispite my nerves, and i found myself parinod that i was being rude. I actually stopped eating even though i was still hungry. How can I avoid this situation again, but in a polite respectful manner? Remember, this is my employer.

Emotionless World vs. Emotional World

I believe an emotionless world would be much healthier than an emotional world. There are two reasons I'm posting this question. (Also by Emotionless I don't mean completely without emotion but with hardly any to the point where it hardly matters).

1. I want to see criticism, preferably constructive and original.

hey , i had an open fracture about 2 months ago, looks pretty healed now only i cant feel anything on the new tissue , and theres a hard bump on my bone... about the size of a quarter and it doesnt really hurt.. just discomfort, im super worried it may be osteo--- something of a sort , like bone cancer...

I was just wondering how many of you think that dogs hate dog food and would much rather prefur what we eat. I mean think about it if your where only offered just one stinking can of dog food everyday with some dry dog food for the rest of your life how would you feel? Do you people think that its possible for your dog to actually grow tired of it and starve to death. I have stopped feedin my dogs nothing but steak and mash potatoes and for breakfast eggs and bacon and for lunch a hamburger. Are these foods bad for them? Should I try a different type of food?

How do you get a person out of your head and heart when you know you can't have a relationship with some one that age. You tell your feelings and that you need to stay away, but it is hard not to hurt.
