unfortunately for us, jim is dead. but if theres speculation that he's alive, its a good theory, but he's gone, he joined the 27 Club with Jimi, Janis, and Kurt.

although the Stuntster he was i wouldn't be surprised if he had attempted a fake-out death.
Given the Times then and the repeated "brushes-with" the Authorities(that should have been in quotes too) i imagine he is just DEAD.
Seemed he was too much the Attention grabber to not have surfaced if he hada staged it, Don't you think?
