My arch-enemy was named Paul. He would hit me in the back of the head during recess and then run away (4th grade). I could never catch him because he was faster than me. I hated that guy.

ok, humans have not completly figured out how our brain works. why would we benfit off of a robot that can think like we can. you can't survive in this world without a job, they want to put these robots in the place of humans to do dagerous jobs. ummm, hello, some people love dangerous jobs. why are they doing this. i am going to be a navy seal, you think a robot will take that job too. how about doctors, scientists. so again, why?

I know that many of you will think this cant be answered in one word, but that is the key! Take the time, dig deep and narrow it down to just one word!! Its way to easy to answer it in a sentence, Try one word.

I am curious to what people think it means to Live Life in Truth. I know what it means to me. I would like to share my opinion but I feel that may influence the direction or thought path that one will take when asking themselves this.

I wish you all well and challenge each and evey person to Life Life in Truth! Our words and actions are like drops of water, they have profound ripples that travel great distances. Many times effecting people we dont even know in ways we are never aware of.

The world could use a few more people living in truth, can you imagine what the world would be like if we all did!

at work we have open-box laptops. laptops that were on display and when they are replaced with a newer model, we sell the open boxed laptops for dirt cheap.

a customer brought in a 8 year old laptop that had blue screens, no working cdrom, bad USB ports, and bad NIC.

i tell her we have a laptop for 299. and for over an hour she kept insisting that its "too much" and we should lower it

i explained that the stores cost was 499... and the retail value when it was new was 699.


unfortunately that wasn't enough and she walks out about an hour later saying "i dont think i really need a new laptop anyways"


how cheap can people get? our store is basically losing 200 bucks of the unit, yet she wants it discounted more cuz "its a floor model"........yet it was discounted........


i go through that same scenario every day.

I love pugs, I have two, but none of my friends seem to like pugs. They say they're "fat and ugly", but my pugs are just chubby, and I think they are so completely adorable.

Does everyone else hate pugs? Or are my friends just a$$holes?

I went to the Doctor's last Wednesday for an un-related problem (lower back pain from a broken back last year,) and the Doctor almost immediately focused on my liver. I told her that I had gotten out of (alcohol) rehab in March, and I have been abstinent now for about 5 months. She immediately did a blood test (liver panel,) sent me for x-rays, sent me for a liver ultrasound yesterday, put me on LASIX for severe edema, has ordered an eye exam for high blood pressure in my eyes, has hinted at more tests (biopsy?) and scheduled me for the follow-up exam on Thursday. She showed me how to locate the liver, and it IS enlarged - it protrudes about three finger widths below my bottom rib, and I saw it on the ultrasound. Does anyone have any medical opinions? I appear otherwise to be totally healthy, but these things all point to a grim outcome. Does anyone have any philosophical opinions? As soon as I started doing the "right" things, the world has come crasshing down upon me, and I'm SCARED!

I am getting married in August and we are at the last minute looking for a good deal for a honeymoon trip in the Southeast US, does anyone know where I could look? I have posted a question just a few minutes ago. But people just jump to conclusions. I have worked since the day I turned 14. And I have just recently became unemployed due to circumstances I could not help. I am 25 years old and I have never asked anyone for help...and I know I asked my question wrong, like I was a bum sitting at home on my butt and just trying to "drain" sociaty, but maybe people should ask a question before they turn all judgemental on someone. I have not been trying to concieve since my unexepted unemployment, but there maybe a possiblity that I am since I have not been trying lately, and my stress level has been down.
Also, I was not asking anyone if I was p.g. I was just trying to get others opinion.
Sorry, for all this does not apply. But I feel better now, and this was sure worth 5 points.....Hope everyone has a nice day!!!

it's an everyday part of life....what people can't deal with honesty....that 75% of the world does or has done some sort of recreational drug.....I wish I could understand but I can't so im asking for your help and thoughts!! Yes, We should provide them legal status so they could
stay here permanent and they help us pay taxes since that
is all you care about...You won't be able to complain because
they are legal and they will keep working here...

Don't give me that crap that we should send them back and for them to apply...No my friend ..They are here and should stay here and be accepted and provided with legal status aint that what you want for them to be LEGAL..then let them be legal ..They are alredy here so we should give them their legal status...OH no let me guess " I want them to go back they are illegal and we are paying taxes" They should apply and starve in mexico until they are allowed to come..GET OVER IT they are already here and we should provide them legal status so they could have the same right as us and also help with taxes since you cry about it so much..

2-Don't accept it and keep paying taxes and crying to send them back?

My daughter is 6 months old. I breastfeed her and i was thinking about breastfeeding her until she was around a year old, but i wasnt sure if that was too long or i should try to wein her sooner?
