It's not real clear what you're asking. Do you want machine factories to open company offices in Egypt so Egyptian companies can buy their machines? Or do you want them to open factories in Egypt to create jobs for Egyptians. Or do you want them to open employment agencies in Egypt so Egyptians can be hired to work in their European plants? Or are you just asking about employment opportunities for yourself in European machine plants?
You'll have to let them know exactly what you really want before anyone can volunteer to help you do what you want.
