I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Why, has Yahoo been giving you problems? I myself have done them but I always have to be careful as both my parents were addicts and I can see the potential in myself to be one. They can be dangerous for more reasons than one, but that's part of what makes them so fun!

Well, I dont see that people who have used or are using will be against you asking questions. Everybody has different opinions and experiences when it comes to drug use, whether on a recreational or addicted level.
Growing up I had friends whose parents would rather they used drugs in their household than going out on the streets to do it. They could monitor it at a 'safe' level that way.
I started youngish 11-12 and stopped everything other than cigarettes just over a year ago. Then I gave up the cigarettes last week.
Some people say that they get addicted straight away. I didnt really notice, im still not really sure that after 10 years I was addicted? I lived with addicted people, saw how it affected them, and didnt seem to suffer to the same extent as them.
I guess maybe I was addicted to pot. I needed it to get to sleep at night. Even just a tiny little bit, as long as it was in my system it was enough.
I don't know what other questions do you have?
Drug use is not something you can really judge a person on. There are some very intelligent people in the world who are users. Most people you cant even tell that they are using.
If it affects their brains, it's not always in a bad way, however each person reacts differently.

I have seen some pretty scary stuff in my time, of people having bad reactions to drugs. Some drugs as 'simple' as pot.
If a person has that need in them to kill the curiosity surrounding drug use, then they need to do so prepared for whatever circumstances arise.

Im glad I was fortunate enough not to be severly damaged by it.
While on drugs I had panic attacks often. I couldnt even stand going to the supermarket by myself. I don't experience that anymore.
I have mild insomnia now though, often I cant fall asleep before 5am. I was always a really creative person before, now I rarely sculpt of paint, I miss that a lot.
I had really high tension before, now im more relaxed and reserved.
In order to quit, I had to be extreme, and move to a foreign country, where drug use will land me in jail. So I forced myself, without having the temptations there.

For me, im glad I quit. But in my honest opinion, some people are in such a mental place, that it could be more dangerous for them to stop.

People have been so full of misinformation that they don't know what to say. The politically correct thing is to tell everyone to don't do drugs and that everyone that does drugs is some immoral addict. I remember from my youth someone told me marijuana causes brain damage. It was hard not to laugh.

Most people know there is not immense harm using drugs every once in awhile. They really can't be seen saying anything beneficial about drugs. The problem comes when all people do is actively seek out drugs and do them.

Everyone uses some type of drug at some point in their life. In fact humans synthesize their own DMT, which is illegal in the United States and most of the world. All animals use drugs.

There is nothing wrong with asking question about drugs. There is a problem with answering these questions based on improper information and evidence.

First of all.....yes I have done recreational drugs as you called them. I have been clean for 12 years.

Second of all, the problem with them is that they don't stay recreational. You need more and more and more. Then it hits addiction so it is no longer recreational.
