My son Nigel not, wanted to borrow a £10 note and when I asked why he said To roll up so he can snort half a gram. It was supposed to be a joke but he's nearly 13 and I'm worried that he might get too familiar with the terminology and think it okay to try drugs.

My Pastor made a wonderful illustration yesterday about tithing. Simply, put God is not requiring a lot from us, but 10% of our earnings. I was a faithful tither, but financial situations had be stopping for a couple of months. After yesterdays sermon and illustration, I can't see how I ever stopped seeing that God will and has blessed me abundantly. Who else has a testimony on tithing?

I own a home. It's worth approx $85,000 - I owe that much on it. I have approximately $35,000 in debt. $6,000 is in back taxes. (I only made $18,000 last year?) If I choose to use consumer credit counseling, does anyone know if it really helps? Or is it just a flim-flam operation?

Im 18 and me and my 12 year old brother are always fighting although i try so much to be in peace he's always starting a new fight the last time we fought was when he grabed a metal stick and started hitting me like a pshycho i don't wanna hit him back because I know im 100x more stronger than him and i guess i'll kill him if i hit him back my mom also can do anything about it the last time she did he called the police on her and told the police she was abusing of him with a stick, my mom and dad are divorce and my dad doesn't wanna know nothing about it. I have been waiting for a fed ex packet for 3 days!! I mean it was supposed to arrive 3 days ago, and They never delivered it!!! I was patient, I would call every day, and they said it was on route to my house (never was!) But I totally lost it today, and guess what?? the package was delivered! Just now! Is there a realtion between being a ***** and getting things done, or is patience and lovingkindness a better way of solving problems?
OH, now I can finally get off this stupid site and do something constructive with my days!

I'm a bit fed up today as my feet and ankles have swollen again quite considerably. It happens mainly in hot weather. I'm middle aged, reasonably active but do a desk-based job. I don't smoke, rarely drink and I'm not too overweight.

Shoes won't fit for 2-3 days and then are loose the next. I've had lots of tests and there's no trace of DVT, diabetes, warm areas, pain or infection, so the GPs just give general advice. The swelling can disappear overnight and not come back for weeks.

I've had this on and off for a very long time and have tried raising them higher, soaking in cool water, flight socks, rotations/gentle exercise, even drinking nettle tea, without much direct success.

Do other men get this and if so, what do they do to ease it? I've tried to ask colleagues before, but it's either been unknown or I've had the usual blokey responses about hot flushes and asking when the baby is due. I hope I would be more sensitive if asked the same.
