couple of days back i called up ma gfried and told her that i am comin down to collage to meet her... she said k.. but when i wet to canteen she saw me and gave a cold blooded look as if we have't met for years.and i tried to talk to her but she never gaver me a space. the nxt day i called her up ad blasted her off.. actually i wanted to propose to her..i told her that i love u after i blasted her..

You were going to propose? Kudos for that.
She was dead wrong for her behavior and for treating you like that when you took the time to head over there to see her. Most women would go goo-goo if their boyfriends would have done such a thing. She owes you an apology for her behavior.
However, you were also wrong for calling her so you could go off on her. I would have waited until she called. Then you could have asked her why she acted the way she did - without going off on her. I hope you apologized for your actions.
Off topic: How long yall have been together? Has she done this before? Are you sure you want to propose to her?
