In the beginning of the school year last year, I wasn't very concerned about looks. I just wore what looked nice and made sure I looked presentable. I would wear some make up and usually have my hair in a ponytail. When the weather got hotter, I would wear a skirt instead of pants, flip flops, a bit more eyeliner, I got light brown streaks on my dark brown hair, and I stopped wearing my hair up everyday like I usually would. Some guys in the hall would say "Hey sexy" to me or "Hey babe" and I was so surprised. Normally, I would try to avoid eye contact with people or be nervous because I have always been a little shy around people I don't know well. Why do you think they started saying that stuff to me after the winter time when I started trying new things? I think it was because I made a change in what I would normally do everyday with my clothing and hair.

Did you ever get that one theme stuck in your head that just keeps repeating the same melody over and over and over and crescendos incredibly gradually until a kind of monumental climax.

I think it was in Bolero, let me know if you know what I am talking about, and especially if you have had it stuck in your head.

My girlfriend and I of nearly 2 years just broke up maybe 2 weeks ago. We are still in love but we fight all the time and we are mean to each other and we don't know why. If we had it my way, we would only be on a break. But she doesn't want to even be on a break. However, we are still messing around every now and then. Does this mean I still have a chance? My scanner was working before until my office caught a problem and I had to reinstall it. But the problem is my office installer doesn't have the scan utility feature. And then I realized that my scanner doesn't have a software on its own to allow me to do the scanning. I mean, it did had an installer but only for its driver. So my problem now is how can I scan?

It is really hot and humid right now where I live. The house I rent a room in is an old one and doesn't have any air conditioning.
