Only getting regular mails from my beloved, I want to meet her personally, she is not giving her address for the time being, I want surprise and to help her, Please help me positively to know the address of her, from where(Known city)(which net cafe/net centre) she is sending the messeges, so that i can meet her

If she is not giving her address then you should not try to surprise her, it might only succeed in frightening her.
I'd wait until she is ready.

no offense, but are you nuts?...reading what you've said, you met her online..you want to surprise her and SHE won't give you her address? Wtf does that tell you? I'll answer that for you...SHE doesn't want you to have it!!!
