Natural skin color is the best but if you really want to have a lighter skin then go on it is alright. There are varieties of bleaching soap, cream and preparations. I got a roommate before who bleaches her entire body skin with a homemade bleaching mixture every weekends and the result was remarkable but an extra care to protect yourself from the sun therafter should be highly taken cared of.

Yes there are bleaching creams available even some pills you can take. But this are not advisable because of the future side effects. And why do you want to get lighter? Don't you know that the melanin ( brown color of your skin) protects you from the harmful rays of the sun so that you won't get skin carcinoma and other skin damages. The lighter a person is, the more prone he/ she is from the sun damages (like aging, sunspots, freckles). But if you really want to do so, always apply sunblock (SPF 30 and above ). Hope this helps.

I was going to warn you but it looks like other people did already. I think you're trippin because you asked about bleaching products, and then you got mad cuz people just tryed to warn u about what they can do to your skin. You said you just want your skin to be even, thats all. but what does it matter why you want to use it. The same stuff is still going on your skin, so it can still do the same damage to you that it would to a girl who wants to be white. your skin doesnt have a brain to tell the difference. it doesnt say "hold up, this girl doesnt want to be white or lightskinned, she just wants a more even skin tone, so im not gonna let this stuff hurt me like it hurts the skin of people that want to be white". I mean if somethin is dangerous for a person wanting to be white, why wouldnt it b dangerous to someone else who just wants an even skin tone and is using the same stuff? It sounds like you got the beginning stages of vitiligo, the same thing michael jackson had. I could be wrong but thats just what it sounds like. I agree with the first answer to see a dermatologist. My aunts got it on her neck and shes in her 50's so it never got worse than that. she doesnt use nothing for it, but shes not happy about it. only blacks get it as far as i know. I never seen it on a hispanic or other kind of dark skinned person, but it is common for blacks so there a good chance that it is that.

I won't suggest you bleach your skin because most of the time it can cause skin irritation. I will suggest you take glutathione. I am using this, thus I know it is effective as skin whitener aside from the many benefits that you will get from this pill. You can research on the web about glutathione to know more about this. Here are some information... I hope I have been of help to you...

GLUTATHIONE & HEALTH

What is Glutathione (GSH)?

Glutathione , or GSH, is a naturally occurring protein that protects every cell, tissue and organ from toxic free radicals and disease. It is a tripeptide of three amino acids - GLYCINE, GLUTAMATE (glutamic acid), AND CYSTEINE. These precursors or building blocks are necessary for the manufacture of glutathione within the cells.

WHAT DOES GLUTATHIONE DO?

Your life depends upon glutathione. " Without it, your cells would disintegrate from unrestrained oxidation, your body would have little resistance to bacteria, viruses and cancer, and your liver would shrivel up from the eventual accumulation of toxins".

GLUTATHIONE'S 3 MAJOR ROLES ARE: Antioxidant, Immune Booster, and Detoxifier - AID for the body.

ANTIOXIDANT - Glutathione is the body's own natural and most powerful antioxidant, present in every cell. All other antioxidants, like Vitamins C, E, Selenium, and also so forth depend upon the presence of glutathione to function properly, making glutathione the "MASTER ANTIOXIDANT", according to scientists.

IMMUNE BOOSTER - " Elevated glutathione levels enable the body to produce more white blood cells - the most important roles are: Antioxidant, Immune Booster and Detoxifier - AID for the body, front line defense of the immune system". (GLUTATHIONE, Essential Health AID by Dr. Jimmy Gutman).

DETOXIFIER - The body's most concentrated source of glutathione is in the liver - our main organ of detoxification. Glutathione detoxifies the liver and other cells of many known carcinogens. Clinical evidence shows that low glutathione levels are linked with many common illnesses as well as diseases of aging. "Healthy people also benefit from elevated glutathione levels through an enhanced ability to fight off toxins, infectious disease, pre cancerous cells and the aging process." (GLUTATHIONE, Essential Health AID by Dr. Jimmy Gutman). Even athletes benefit through greater strength and endurance, decreased recovery time from injury, and less muscle fatigue and pain.

OTHER GLUTATHIONE FACTS:

Glutathione is a whitening pill/capsule you take orally. This is only effective when you have normal thyroid hormones. Those with hyperthyroidism, goiter, or any disease of the thyroid will not reap its whitening benefits. The pill is made of glutamic acid, an amino enzyme that impedes the flow of melanin, making your skin lighter. Since the pill/capsule comes in different milligrams, the number of times you take it per day will depend on the dosage.

SUGGESTED DOSAGE PER DAY: 1000 up to 1500 milligrams.
