My girlfriend and I of nearly 2 years just broke up maybe 2 weeks ago. We are still in love but we fight all the time and we are mean to each other and we don't know why. If we had it my way, we would only be on a break. But she doesn't want to even be on a break. However, we are still messing around every now and then. Does this mean I still have a chance? Or is she just a hornball? She says shes not seeing anyone else or messing around with anyone else and that she still loves me. Are we going to get back together?

Hmmmm-- sounds like instead of "messing around" with her, you should take the mature route and tell her that you need to have an adult conversation with her. First, you need to understand why you are being "mean" to each other- is it because you don't know how to communicate? It sometimes really takes practice-- it's not kindergarten, you don't need to punch her or call her a name if you really like her-- YOU have to take the first step and BE NICE-- what comes around goes around-- eventually, if she really likes you (Iike she says she does) she will be happy to spend time with you as a couple. BUT it may be that she isn't really interested in continuing the relationship with you, but at the same time, she's stringing you along to use you for sex or whatever until the next prospect comes along-- NONE of this will you figure out until you are able to sit down and have an actual conversation without acting like preschoolers that pick on one another-- Set the example, and if she doesn't follow, then forget it-- cut ties, and move on.

When a girl sais she needs time, she means it, and she will take all the necessary precautions. But getting her back? Hmmm? Maybe you two are attracted to the sex and not each other...if you were attracted to each other then you wouldn't fight...and in this split you wouldn't come around only to mess around....maybe you both are hornballs.

ok hun no offence but it seems to me like you're both playing games! Your girlfriend seems to be getting the best of both worlds so you need to cut her options.
Tell her you're not into messing around anymore as you dont wwant meaningless sex and that ye either get back together or you cut ties completely. hopefully this will give her a fright and kick her senses back into action.
If she decides she doesnt want to get back with you accept her decision and move on - plenty more fish in the sea!

She's cheating. You know how I know this? She is female and females HAVE to be getting touched or they don't feel normal. Nope, sorry, your GF is just a typical female. You might as well forgive her though and take her back when she's done with whomever the other guy is though, because they are ALL THE SAME. ALL OF THEM ARE EXACTLY ALIKE. They are MUCH more alike than men are.

Its over game over..I had something similiar to you when I broke up with this ***** I wasted a year with and ended up fukkin her couple hundred more times after we broke up while she was seeing other guys..Its for revenge and getting even.

I think that it is possible that you have another chance. If she does not want to have a relationship with in a month or so, you should just move on.
