I would reccomend getting a suite in a nice hotel depending on how many people you have. I'm not sure how much money you want to spend, but you could also set up a appointment in the hotel spa for everyone and then go out at night. I'm not sure if be "nice" you mean fancy, but there are a lot of nice restaurants and clubs in Vegas. I think that some one already posted this for you, but a good idea is to call the hotel.
HEre are the websites for some hotels.

The VooDoo Lounge at the Top of the Rio tower, and the Ghost Bar at the top of the Palms, Mix at the top of "the Hotel" tower at Mandalay Bay are all really cool for the views and picture taking, also there are a bunch of night clubs," light " at the Bellagio is classy, dark and expensive and plays good music, Studio 54 at the MGM has a less than stellar crowd but still offers a fun night with lots of entertainment from dancers and trapeze artists, Pure at Cesar's palace is cool, the Hard Rock Hotel is always fun, and has the one of the "hottest" nightclubs, "Body English", there is a cool night club or lounge at almost every hotel, ladies are usually free, or only ten dollars to get in, compared to men at twenty dollars at the door. You guys are probably of course gorgeous, (being Hawaiian), and the old trick of going to the front of the line and acting cute or girly still works, say that you are late meeting the rest of your girls inside, Bachelorette parties are welcome anywhere and everywhere here, night clubs, bars and even restaurants prefer to have a bunch of pretty young women inside. I see bachelorette parties everytime I go out, they always look like they are having fun no matter where they are. It is really popular to rent a limo, especially a stretch hummer and cruise up and down the strip. Someone always gets sick on that one though. The bachelorette party is the ultimate Vegas experience, don't worry about hitting all the right hotspots, you will have fun everywhere.

Phone the hotel and ask them for some suggestions. They are very helpful in Vegas at assisting guests with their celebrations.
