That depends on your own attitude toward being sexually attractive. If you are an insecure person and not comfortable with being attractive, then, no, I suppose it would not serve to make you feel any better. But if being attractive is what you are all about, then it should. Your question makes me assume that someone has been remarking on the subject to you, and that you feel uncertain about it. Maybe try to understand that person's side - could it be that they think you want to hear this, and that they might have said it as a compliment?

1: we dont' know who you are. how you look.
2: It is meaningless for the words like 'sexy, hotty, baby, beauty'

i feel sorry for you, the truth is yourself don't have confident, and u try to find out in wrong way. (at least not here). Go to talk with your friends, im sure it helps more than here ;)
